Initial Sign In Instructions

For Rockland CYO Coordinators


A) Access the site at www.cyorockland.net and Sign-In

  1. Click the Sign In button in the top right corner.  

  2. Your Sign In is your email address. If you know your password type it in. Press the Sign In button.

  3. If you need a new password, or have forgotten your old password, enter your Sign In, leave the password blank, and click the Sign In button. An email will be sent to you with a link to set up a new password.

  4. When you successfully Sign In, you will see a Welcome message with your name at the top of the screen.

  5. Click CYO Rockland Home on the left horizontal bar to get to the Home Page

B) Edit your Account 

  1. Click Edit My Account on the left vertical menu. (Option is only visible after you Sign In.)

  2. Click on your Name to display and review your contact information.

  3. Verify and/or correct your telephone numbers.

  4. Verify your email address is the one you want to use for your CYO contact. Note, if you change the email address, your Sign-In ID will change too. If you want to add a second email address, separate it from the first using a comma.

  5. If you are interested in text message alerts from the system, add your cell provider next to the number. Do not check the box next to Do not email.

  6. Only check the Remind me of Games or Practices  if you want to receive an email and text (if you added your cell provider) on the day before every game one of your teams has scheduled.

  7. Press the Submit button to save.
